jasmina nikolić
Co-Founder & CEO
With a career in agile development spanning since 2010, Jasmina Nikolić is one of the first certified agile trainers in the country and the region.
Her expertise lies in agile organizational culture, agile education, and business development integration. She has a proven record in agile and software development, among other areas, and holds certifications as a Scrum Professional and Kanban Method Coaching Professional. Recently, she became a Barrett Certified Consultant for Leadership and Culture Value Assessment at the Barrett Values Center®.
Jasmina has extensive experience working with companies of various sizes, from start-ups to large corporations, across diverse industries such as software development, marketing, finance, and pharmacy. Her role as an agile trainer and consultant has further enriched her understanding of these sectors.
Since 1999, she has been a university lecturer, teaching Agile Organizational Culture at La Salle University in Barcelona and the University of Belgrade. She obtained her PhD on the topic of cultural models in 2023.
A visionary, creative thinker, entrepreneur, and humanist, she is passionate about generating and conveying ideas that enhance both personal and professional growth for individuals.
KARL ROYLE
Agile Humans Ltd CEO & Founder
Currently serving as an Agile Coach at the University of Nottingham, he previously held the position of Head of Enterprise at the University of Wolverhampton, UK. He has recently earned his PhD, with research focusing on Actor-Network Theory, Human Capability, and the agile aspects of why interventions and projects succeed or fail.
As a Certified Scrum Professional, he is keenly interested in applying Scrum beyond software, with a particular focus on self-organization and self-management. He believes these elements can empower teams to drive organizational success. As an agile organizational change strategist and facilitator, he specializes in digital learning.
Utilizing Open Space Technology, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, he transforms project-based learning in education. He leads several innovative programs, including an MA Education program titled “Learning in the Digital Age,” and has directed numerous ICT and education-related evaluation projects across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. His recent work also involves integrating agile principles into organizational change within public health systems in both developed and developing countries.
STEFAN KUJUNDŽIĆ
Certified Agile Humans Trainer
Stefan is an Agile Humans® Trainer and Coach, as well as a Senior Scrum Master. After five years of navigating the complexities of OKRs, he remains proudly certified as an OKR Coach. He graduated at the top of his class from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade. His involvement in the NGO sector and student organizations motivated him to find a role where he could fulfil his mission - to show that things could be done differently.
His career began as a Scrum Master for IT development and business teams, progressing to the role of Agile Coach, where he worked with leadership structures on organizational agility. He later drove agile transformations in the IT, tobacco, and banking industries, fully embracing agile values and principles.
Outside of his professional work, Stefan is a passionate permaculture designer, gardener, natural builder, and tango dancer. In his free time, he is dedicated to developing a sustainable community in the Serbian countryside.
Marija nikolić
Certified Agile Humans Trainer
She is an Agile Humans® Trainer, Coach, and Advanced Scrum Master. She is a Scrum Master, leading Agile transformation efforts using the LeSS and LeSS Huge frameworks.
With a background as an IT Manager, Head of IT, Project Delivery Manager, developer, and consultant, Marija has over 15 years of experience in leading roles. She has actively participated in more than 10 large-scale IT system delivery and implementation projects across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. Her work includes leading multiple teams and helping them effectively use Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Marija has successfully planned, led, and participated in the development and implementation of software solutions for managing financial risks at 15 leading financial institutions in Serbia and abroad. Her enthusiasm for research and learning drives her ongoing exploration of Agile practices and their application in various projects.
NIKOLA ILIć
Certified Agile Humans Trainer
He is an Agile Humans® Trainer and Scrum Master. He graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade. He conducts training on the basics of Agile and Scrum and collaborates with Jasmina Nikolić in consulting on Agile transformations for numerous companies in Serbia and the region.
While working at a Belgian startup specializing in neuromarketing research, he introduced all teams to agile principles and established the Agile Leadership team. As a Data Project Manager at the company, he also contributed to a project for Microsoft that won the prestigious Quirks Award for “Global Market Research Project of the Year.”
He is a strong advocate of agile values and the importance of local communities and is actively involved in developing the agile community in Serbia.
DANIJELA MATIJEVIĆ
Certified Agile Humans Trainer
An HR professional and coach with over 20 years of experience working with international teams. She is currently the Director of the Development Department at a Belgrade-based IT company.
She holds a degree in Pedagogy from the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade.
For the past 11 years, she has focused on Human Resources, with expertise in Agile HR and leadership, organizational culture, organizational design, team coaching, and the identification and development of personal and team potentials.
She believes that each of us has the power to initiate significant change.
FILIP FILIPOVIĆ
Certified Agile Humans Trainer
Filip has been involved in Agile development since 2014 and possesses extensive experience as an Agile trainer and consultant. He has collaborated with companies of various sizes, from startups to global corporations, across diverse sectors such as software development, marketing, and the service industry. Additionally, he has conducted certified training sessions for Agile Practitioners, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
Filip holds an MBA degree from Queen’s University, one of the most renowned universities in Canada.
With over 25 years of professional experience, he possesses a unique blend of skills that span the domains of creativity, technology, people, and business. He staunchly believes in Agile mindsets, principles, and practices. After years of experience working with people, Aleksandar naturally found his place in the agile environment and has successfully grasped the concept of agile individuals. He prioritizes his communication and sales skills, which is why he has been a moderator for numerous training sessions and events within Agile Humans®.
He enjoys engaging with people and has a constant desire to learn new things, making travel and interpersonal connections his primary focus in both his professional and personal life.
Aleksandar believes that people are the greatest drivers of change, making his focus on embracing change within agile methodology completely understandable.
Modoolar is specialized in providing Odoo based business solutions and agile training and consultancy. Being the first Serbian company to be recognized as Odoo partner, we have implemented various ERP projects for local and international clients. Moreover, Modoolar managed to become recognized as an Odoo Gold partner - the only company in the region of Southeastern Europe to hold this recognition to this day.
