Agile is what Agile does

Agile Humans are the driving force of Business Agility. Success comes when who we are flows naturally with what we do. Humans make things, decisions, collaborations, and when they are agile and do so with competence and commitment, anything is possible. The Agile mindset requires a shift that enables overcoming the barriers of the current business culture:
anger and control, frear, rigid, conservative hierarchical leadership, companies that overlook the fact that they are made of humans and fail to see that if these humans thrive the business thrives. Human beings are the ultimate reality – they are the ones who make things, decisions, the ones who communicate and collaborate. Instead of believing that the business world is a jungle and having daily battles for survival, we should welcome the synergy of who we are and what we do. Agile business can succeed only if it is powered by Agile Humans. Cities have been the symbols of progress throughout history and across cultures.
